WITH THIS MANY OPTIONS... THERE REALLY ARE NO OPTIONS...

Different situations require different solutions. That's why we have designed the Land Drive 7 series to offer you the most flexible options package available. Solutions that will equip you to deal with what-ever circumstances may require.

Body Unit
All welded construction from 4mm steel plate. Braced internally to form a steel cradle to restrict load on conveyor. Stainless steel nuts and blots used throughout.

Conveyor Unit
Heavy duty endless conveyor belt supported on the steel cargo rollers running on a special polythene bearing blocks. Positive belt tracking system.

Chassis
Heavy duty box section all welded steel construction braced for maximum strength.

Spreading Mechanism.
Twin contra rotating hydraulically driven spinner discs. Two hydraulic motors requiring a minimum oil flow of 50 litres per minute. Spinner seed controlled by a flow valve

Conveyor Belt Drive
There are several options available.Ground related drive via land wheel. This land wheel drives via two
speed heavy duty gearbox off the spreader.Ground related drive from the front reduction box (powered axle models
only) to the rear roller through a shaft mounted speed reducing box. If required we can incorporate the 'Vari-Tension'system to disconnect the spreading mechanism from the powered axle.

Tractor PTO drive (non ground related)

Axles
Trailed: Compromises heavy duty braked axle as standard. Electric shift for in - cab control. Rated at 18 tonnes on 10 and 72" track. The combination of tyre sizes, axle differential and in - line reduction box allows matching to a wise range of tractors. Tractor must have a ground speed PTO.

The powered axle option offers the following distinct benefits:
• Access to steep or difficult terrain
• Increased operating safety
• Reduced ground damage, particularly on ploughing and soft surfaces
